This species was identified in FLA as Drypetes serrata (Blume) Pax & K. Hoffmabb. My fruiting collection from the same location has been identified as Drypetes glauca Vahl by  Dr. Geoffrey Levin.  My more recent collection of a male specimen confirmed this. Drypetes serrata is probably not in St. Lucia.
