Molluginaceae family (1 species)
Mollugo nudicaulis Lamarck, Encycl. 4(1): 234.
1797.
Indigenous/naturalized? herb of moist spots in very
arid coastal rocky areas.
Rare, along the Atlantic coast.
Native to the Old World?
Grows and flowers quickly in wet spells.
With a wide neotropical distribution I am not sure why
it is considered exotic.
